Conn. teacher accused of having sex with teen gets arrested for allegedly threatening to kill him and another student, A Connecticut English teacher already charged with seducing a student is now accused of threatening to kill him and a friend.
Danielle Watkins confronted the friend at a coffee shop Friday, police said, telling him that he and his friend "have taken everything from me - my family, my kids, my job. I will not rest until you are both dead," the boy's attorney told WVIT-TV.
The teen and his mother reported the incident to police. Watkins was arrested at her Norwalk home and later charged with second-degree threatening and violating the terms of her bail. Her bond was set at $25,000.
The former Stamford High School teacher has previously pleaded guilty to second-degree sexual assault for having a sexual relationship with a student that spanned nine months. School administrators have been accused of failing to report the relationship for six months. She also sent nude pictures of herself to the teen, police said.
