A gust of wind came through and made her skirt fly high about its natural placement. You could totally see her underwear when it all went down!However, that wasn’t all. The wind continued, and at one point, her skirt flew up and showed her bare butt! Looks like she was wearing a thong the whole time!Kate was wearing an adorable coral top and a cute checkered skirt. Thankfully, she didn’t let this little blip get the best of her. She was laughing about it! But we’re not sure she knew that her butt was captured on camera!
