JURASSIC WORLD TRAILER COMING, VIRAL SITE LAUNCHES, DINOSAUR DESIGNS RUMORED,You can now explore the world of Jurassic World via a new viral site. Some spoilers follow.
Click here to experience the site, which is supposed to be for for Masrani Global, the construction company in the film that helped build Jurassic World. Visitors can read up on the history of the park, see messages and posts from CEO Simon Masrani, and check out a bunch of new photos, some of which include actors B.D. Wong and Irrfan Khan.
We might also have our first look at the "D-Rex," the new star of Jurassic World. Scified shared the images (first reported on by GrooveBricks.com) of upcoming LEGO sets that show a dinosaur with translucent skin and red eyes. The site reports that the D-Rex is a result of DNA tampering-scientists who create the monster to keep folks interested in the park. This beast is apparently what leads to the chaos in the first film.
Director Colin Trevorrow previously said that a new "pretty badass" dinosaur would make its film debut in the movie, and the D-Rex seems to fit the bill. We will keep you updated as we learn more.
And last but not least, the official Jurassic World website is also now open for business and is currently featuring a countdown clock that will end on Thanksgiving day at 9 p.m. EST. Word has it the first trailer for the film is coming, and that's when we're going to see it.
Steven Spielberg will produce the film, which stars Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard. "The park is open" on June 12, 2015.
