Do you know comedian Amy Schumer from her Rockville Centre days?, Comedian Amy Schumer, a native of Rockville Centre, has had a big year.
Her Comedy Central show, “Inside Amy Schumer,” grew even bigger in its second season, she has become a regular on “The Late Show with David Letterman” and she recently sold out Carnegie Hall. Not a bad 2014, and 2015 looks even better: Next summer she is set to star in the new Judd Apatow comedy “Trainwreck,” which she penned as well.
In anticipation of her stand-up show Nov. 26 at NYCB Theatre at Westbury, Newsday, for a story w're doing on her Long Island roots, wants to speak with people who went to South Side High School in Rockville Centre or perhaps grew up in her neighborhood.
