Couric, 55, stands at 5' 4" while Banks, 38, stands tall at 5' 10".
To be fair, however, Banks had a leg up and was donning a pair of sky-high stiletto heels in the photo.
The pair chatted about body image issues and muffin tops.
"Next time you tweet a muffin top, will you really have a muffin top?" Couric laughed.
