Adding to the uncomfortable situation, Kate's rumoured boyfriend Steve Neild was also present. He also serves as her bodyguard during filming of her reality series.

Her 37-year-old ex showed up to sale - which was held at the family's local church and benefited an animal rescue league - and managed to spend some time with the couple's eight children.
Earlier in the week, news emerged that Jon was being evicted from his home after allegedly failing to maintain rent payments on his Pennsylvania apartment.
A source told Us Weekly: ‘It’s true. He was evicted last week and has been in the process of moving out.’
Meanwhile Star magazine reports a source said Jon ‘agreed to the terms of a rent-to-own lease agreement for the $299,000 property,’ but then ‘broke the lease, thinking he could just rent the property after agreeing to the rent-to-own contractual agreement.’
The former couple shot to fame after welcoming sextuplets into the world and landing their own reality show Jon And Kate Plus 8.
Twins Cara and Mady, who are 14, and sextuplets Aaden, Alexis, Collin, Hannah, Leah and Joel – who are 10 years old – live with Kate, but they visit their father.
However without a place for eight children to sleep, Jon currently can’t have them to visit overnight.
‘He can see his kids, but they can't stay over because he has nowhere to put them,’ the insider explained. And his home is not the only thing that Jon has allegedly lost.
According to Us Weekly, he is also without a job and recently broke up with girlfriend Liz Jannetta, with whom he appeared on the VH1 series Couples Therapy earlier this year.
Meanwhile Kate is readying for her return to reality television. In August TLC announced they are bringing back the 39-year-old's show Kate Plus 8, which originally went off the air in Sept 2011. The program is set to return in December.
