Harris County officials said that four of the 11 confirmed stabbing related victims have been transported to area hospitals.
The weapon, according to some witnesses at the campus was described as a box cutter. Others described the weapon as similar to an X ACTO precision knife, often used in science lab dissections. Witnesses described the suspect as a possible student, a white male, approximately 6 ft. tall with blonde curly hair.
On January 22, a shooter opened fire at another college in the Lone Star college system injuring two people. The shooting in January occurred at the North Harris College in Harris County, Texas.
