Juvenile accused of speeding, crashing into fence near Mar-a-Lago - A juvenile was given a traffic citation and a mental health evaluation after crashing into a fence near Mar-a-Lago on Friday night.
According to Teri Barbera, of the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office, a juvenile driving a Dodge Charger drove past traffic posts on Southern Ocean Boulevard at a high rate of speed toward Mar-A-Lago, before crashing into a fence.
This happened while road closures were in place for President Trump's visit to the area this weekend.
The juvenile was given a traffic citation for reckless driving and was transported to JFK North/West Palm Behavioral Health in West Palm Beach for a mental health evaluation.
The driver's identity has not been released.
