Hall & Oates Sue Cereal Brand

Hall & Oates Sue Cereal Brand, Hall & Oates thinks the cereal name Haulin’ Oats hits a little too close to home. The BBC reports attorneys for the band’s Daryl Hall and John Oates are suing Early Bird Foods and company for “phonetic play on Daryl Hall and John Oates’ well-known brand name.”

The product from the Brooklyn-based company sells for 27 dollars for a three-pack on the Early Bird Foods and company website. It is touted as being made of wholesome ingredients including rolled oats and maple syrup.
