"Riistunturi National Park, Finland", Riisitunturi National Park in Posio was chosen as Finland's Trekking Destination of the Year in 2010.

The national park is know expecially for its snow frost covered trees in winter. Riisitunturi is a year-round destination and offers great possibilities for especially skiing, hiking, and snowshoeing.

View from the top of the fell gives over to Lake Kitka and on a clear day all the way to the Ruka fell. Services for the hikers: marked trails, wilderness huts and lean-to shelters. www.posio.fi
