Sonni Pacheco cited irreconcilable differences earlier this month as the reason for the split, and, according to TMZ, claims to have signed a prenuptial agreement with Renner, but she says it's based on "fraud." There are no further details about that part of her claim.

Renner and Pacheco secretly married last 10 months ago, with Renner only confirming the union in September. The pair has a daughter together, 21-month-old Ava Berlin.
Pacheco is seeking custody of their daughter, as well as asking Renner to pay for her rent and moving expenses and return her passport, birth certificate, and social security card.
Renner's next big film is Avengers: Age of Ultron, where he'll reprise his role as Hawkeye.
