The star is also rumoured to be teaming up with X Factor runner-up Dean Ray - who she mentored in the popular Channel 7 show - for a musical collaboration.
On Tuesday she posted a series of shots of them jamming in the studio and a spokesperson for Dean told Daily Mail Australia that they may have been writing music together in their jam session.
They posted some photos to social media and in one Nat strums at a guitar while tilting her head back to hit the high notes in the image.
Dean, meanwhile, dons a pair of headphones and is seen singing and dancing as he stands behind his former coach.
'Oh here we go again! #shenanigans @deanraymusic,' Nat writes alongside the snap as Dean, who also posted the image says: 'Halfway home'.

Dean, 23, who has recently broken up with his fellow reality star girlfriend Bonnie Anderson, is playing in a number of hotels and taverns across Queensland and NSW in the new year before heading to New York for recording.
There was no mistaking Nat and Dean's musical chemistry during the reality series and they have often reunited since with the mother-of-two even making an appearance at her protegee's birthday last month.

The 15-year-old Stand By You singer confessed to Daily Mail Australia at the ARIA awards last month that she has had very little contact with the Boyzone singer since the series wrapped up.
'I did catch up with him at a gig after the show but I think it's a bit difficult because he's in the UK now so...' the teenager said.
