What Not to Wear's’ Stacy London Back at TLC With Style Series, Come January, Stacy London is slipping on her Louboutins and shuffling back to TLC.
The beloved host of “What Not To Wear” returns with a new series offering the outrageously dressed her expert eye: “Love, Lust or Run.”
With am emphasis on “make-unders,” subjects will undergo a style evaluation from folks off the street. Next, London will peel away their gaudy layers and rebuild her ladies from the ground up, sending them off newly-chic.“I am so thrilled to have Stacy back on TLC!” the cable channel's GM Nancy Daniels said in a statement. “She has an amazing ability to connect with fashion challenged women and help them find their own sense of style.”
“Run's” first season will tackle a goth girl trying to find a new identity, a New Yorker who wants to look less Jersey, and a mom who has too long dressed like a teenager.
London says the series will satisfy “What Not To Wear” fans, but take her skills to the next level.This show will still satisfy the needs of that audience while giving them a fresh take on transformative television. I've missed my TLC family and the fans,” London said.
