The 43-year-old actor took the girls in his life out for brunch on Sunday in Brentwood, California.
The Monuments Men star led the way as daughters Isabella, seven, Gia, five, Stella, three, and step-daughter Alexia, 14, and wife Luciana Barroso followed behind.
The group held hands with each other and the two younger girls, Gia and Stella, wore pretty blue princess dresses.
Matt, wearing a baseball hat, a button-down shirt, baggy jeans and boots, didn't seem to mind the girls' fashion choice.
Luciana, who married Matt in 2005, was make-up free and also opted for a casual look in tight jean capri pants, flip flops and a blue long sleeve top.
It was announced in October that he and his pal Ben Affleck will pair up to executive produce the sitcom More Time With Family for CBS.
This isn't the first television producing venture for the two. Previously, the duo worked together on the reality show Project Greenlight in 2000 and Push, Nevada for ABC.
The pair are also said to be planning a biographical film about infamous mobster James Joseph 'Whitey' Bulger Jr, who spent 16 years on the run and is now serving two life sentences after being convicted of crimes including seven murders.
Up next for him is an uncredited role in the sci-fi movie Interstellar, which is due to open in November.
He's also executive producing the TV movie More Time With Family due to air this year.
The movie is about a husband and father decides to change careers in order to spend more time with his family.
