ABC ordered the show straight to series in January from writer/executive producer Susannah Grant (Party of Five). It was supposed to be the first foray into television from director David O. Russell, who was set to co-write and executive-produce, but he exited the project in February.
The network recently set premiere dates for midseason shows Galavant, Secrets and Lies, American Crime and Marvel's Agent Carter, but decided this weekend that it would not move forward with Members Only, according to The Hollywood Reporter, which first reported the news.
