According to TMZ the couple were arrested in Louisiana on Friday for abusing Stephanie's son from a previous relationship.The alleged abuse occurred in September, where Kris reportedly used a belt to strike the nine-year-old child. The gossip website says officials in Parish of Livingston, Louisiana, told them that Kris beat the boyt with a belt.
The boy's mother Stephanie was also arrested after the child revealed to authorities that she was present during the beating.
She is not being accused for striking her child.Meanwhile, Stephanie's father Will Hayden, who was arrested in August on child molestation charges, is now claiming that she too was sexually abused as a child by her father.
Stephanie, who also starred in the recently cancelled Discovery reality show Sons Of Guns, is reportedly set to provide information to law enforcement in the coming days to aid in her father’s prosecution.
Her decision sparks a dramatic turnaround as she had originally pledged to stand by her father despite his arrest on August 9 for the alleged sexual abuse of her 12-year-old sister.
