Professor filius flitwick

Professor filius flitwick, The actor, who has multiple "Star Wars" appearances to his name, responds enthusiastically but stays mum about his role in the new film.

Warwick Davis has cultivated a cult following that spans several generations, having spent time as both Professor Filius Flitwick and Griphook in the "Harry Potter" movies, appeared in various adaptations of "The Chronicles of Narnia," and held lead roles in medieval fantasy adventure "Willow" and the first six "Leprechaun" horror comedies.

Welcomed into the "Star Wars" franchise in 1983, Davis played friendly, furry Ewok scout Wicket W. Warrick in "Return of the Jedi" and again in two further TV movies; returning for "Star Wars Episode I - The Phantom Menace" in 1999, Warwick became the green-skinned, bottle-nosed podracer and, later, junk shop owner Wald, as well as human gunrunner Weazel.

The precise nature of his involvement in J.J. Abrams's new film remains undisclosed, though according to the franchise's fictional timeline "Star Wars Episode VII" is expected to take place 30 years or so after the events of "Return of the Jedi" ― an Ewok-shaped cameo or supporting role might not be out of the question.

Back in our world, "Episode VII" is to release December 2015, with John Boyega, Adam Driver, Domhnall Gleeson, Oscar Isaac and Daisy Ridley among the new actors and actresses attached to the production. ― AFP-Relaxnews
