The singer received a diamond butterfly bracelet from Cannon, 33, and she posted a photo of the gift on her Instagram account on Friday, March 28.
"Nick surprised me for 3/27 with a stellar diamond bracelet encrusted with 3 floating butterflies! I'm just happy he's here!!! #familytime #festivity," she wrote in a caption for the photo.Cannon tweeted about his wife's birthday on Thursday and wrote, "Happy 3/27! Today we celebrate the birth of the most beautiful-talented-strong-amazing Angel that God placed on earth, My Wife @MariahCarey."
He also posted photos of the bracelet on his Instagram account, one of which can be seen above on the left, and wrote, "I think she's happy..."
Carey and Cannon wed in April 2008. The two are parents to twins Monroe and Moroccan Scott, who will turn three in April.
