Aside from her stylish getup, Hudson made a subtle return to her blonde roots, ditching her pink dyed-tips she debuted on Instagram on Friday, Oct. 17, along with her mom Goldie Hawn in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
The Good People star told Entertainment Tonight that her son Ryder, 10, was the one who convinced her to go pink. "Ryder was like, 'Mom, let’s do something for breast cancer awareness,’ and I said 'Great,’ and he said, 'Let’s dye our hair,’ and I said, "Ok, let’s do it,” she said.
Rashida Jones and Olivia Wilde also joined Hudson at the awards show. Wilde, 30, wore an edgy Roksanda dress with a blue ruffled embellishment on the waistline.
Jones, 38, kept it more simple with a black dress by Erdem and spoke about working with Amy Poehler on Parks and Recreation. "We spent so much time together, but I would say the best part of that show was in between takes,” she said. "We would all convene in her trailer and just break it down emotionally, physically, spiritually, and comedically what was happening.”
