Miss Universe 2013: Miss Venezuela, Gabriela Isler, Wins, Drops Crown, She's beauty and she's grace, but she's not Miss United States. On Nov. 9 the Miss Universe 2013 pageant crowned Miss Venezuela, Gabriela Isler, its winner.

The 25-year-old brunette was all smiles as the crown was placed on her head, and didn't break her grin when the sparkling trophy fell off before she quickly grabbed it.

Isler beat out 85 other competitors from around the world, and Miss Spain, Patricia Rodrigues, was named the runner-up. The ceremony was held in Moscow and aired on NBC. Isler replaced last year's winner, Miss America's Olivia Culpo. Culpo has been dating Nick Jonas since August 2013.

According to her official profile on the Miss Universe website, Isler is a trained flamenco dancer who serves as a "second mother" to her niece. She is a TV personality on the Venevision TV Network.

On Nov. 10 Isler had her first official duty as Miss Universe. She modeled a million-dollar one piece swimsuit at the Yamamay press conference. Isler stunned in the white cutout with bedazzled sequins.
