The singer debuted a sleek pixie at BET’s Black Girls Rock event in Newark on Saturday, which showed off her striking features.
And judging by the side view (see here) it definitely looks like a major chop, not a wig. Hudson selected a V-neck Balmain mini and lace-up Christian Louboutin boots to complete her new look. (If that coy grin is any indication, we think she feels pretty confident without her long strands.)
At the VMAs in August, Hudson sported a chin-length asymmetrical bob with a deep side part, but she quickly returned to her long, flowing hair. We hope her latest short style sticks around for a while.
