Ms Hinze contacted her family on Wednesday night to announce she and grandfather, Mr Clark, who founded Netscape, would marry sometime next year.
Although no date has been confirmed, the rumour is it will be in April.

Ms Hinze and Mr Clark are said to have been dating since 2006, following the breakdown of Mr Clark's third marriage to one-time Forbes reporter Nancy Rutter.
It has been reported Mr Clark paid Ms Rutter somewhere in the vicinity of $US125 million following the divorce.
Ms Hinze kept mum about the relationship until March this year, when she confessed the relationship to The Australian Women's Weekly.
Perhaps the supermodel wanted to keep quiet about the romance because she feared wedding bells would not chime if she seemed to eager.
Following his last divorce, Mr Clark was quoted in the Palm Beach Post saying: ``I'm not getting married again. Or if I do, it'll be with a pre-nup.''
