Diana Spencer "My God. What's happened?"

Diana Spencer "My God. What's happened?, Lord Steven's report regarding the death of Diana, Princess of Wales, contains startling revelations that disprove the claims by Mohamed Al Fayed that Diana was the victim of a murder plot. It also shows that she Diana refused treatment at the scene of the crash, explains how French authorities destroyed the photos of Diana's death, and how her body came to get embalmed.

Diana's last words were "My God, what's happened". She asked this of Xavier Gourmelon, a paramedic on the scene. A police officier on the scene said that blood was coming out of her mouth and nose, she had a deep wound in her forehead, and that she was rubbing her stomach.

The report also reveals how paramedics on the scene took photographs of the scene. Officiers who were involved in an inquiry earlier had been shown the photos, however they were later destroyed by French authorities.

Another question that until now has been left unanswered, is why was Diana's body embalmed so quickly? The reason was that her body was being stored in a non-refrigerated part of the hospital for security reasons. Her body was "literally melting", and the body was deteriorating quickly. Her personal security advisor told the funeral directors to continue preparing her body, although he did not realize at the time that that would involve her being embalmed.

The reason the issue of the quick embalming was questioned, was that it made it more difficult to investigate the claims of Mohamed Al Fayed that Diana was pregnant by his son at the time of her death.
